Met up with Merilee again. Headed up Shadow Valley and looped down to South Ogden. Ran to the South side of the Dee for a little extra mileage. It had been feeling good to get going early and not waste my morning away.

Kam- we are signing up again, but Cam has gotten into graduate school this fall, so there is a good chance we won't be around. So we will see.
