Decided to head to Beus Pond to break up the monotony of doing distance runs every day. 2 mile warmup (8:23 pace, 16:46). 12x400 meters with 200 meter jog in between each one. Took short breaks after #6 and #10. Times: 1:30, 1:30, 1:30, 1:30, 1:30, 1:31, 1:29, 1:32, 1:30, 1:31, 1:29, 1:32 Felt very consistent considering it has been so long. Didn't worry about how long the 200s took, just tried to keep moving and keep my heart rate up and preparing for the next 400. 1.5 mile cooldown.
