| Another hot run. Started just before 8:30. Went up Shadow Valley up to Skyline, down the big hill, around the school and finished home on the flat South Ogden loop. Kept a pretty good pace, but had to stop a few time. It was so hot! 7:36 pace 45:35 overall

Kaysville 4th of July 5K. 1.62 mile warm up from Harvey's to Davis High School. Picked up our packets the night before, so we didn't have to worry about that. Race went great. Felt the hills from yesterday a bit. 4th place at a mile, and then sat in 3rd the rest of the race. Still great to see I am improving and slowly getting back into the shape I used to be in. 20:03 overall. Race splits: 6:22, 7:08, 6:36. Won a Cherry Hill pass, so it will be fun to take the girls back there again this year.
1.50 mile cooldown back to Harvey's.

| 4 mile run. Up to Beus Park, couple laps around the pond, down and around to the stadium, and back home. Overall a decent run, but it was around 3 in the afternoon. So another scorcher! (7:45, 7:46, 7:08, 7:28)
It was one of those days where I woke up and decided, "I think I'll take the day off." And then anyone that has been consistent with running knows what happens. You can't stop thinking about running ALL DAY LONG. You have to watch every calorie you eat, you feel guilty and you might as well just get out so you can get on with your day! 7:33 average pace 31:44 total time

| Took the girls out in the double running stroller. Sinclair loop is my go-to with the double stroller. Nice 3.5 mile loop. Both girls did great. Nice run. 9:12 average pace 32:27 overall

| Woke up at 6:20 for some reason. Laid in bed and then just decided to get up and go. So glad I did because the day warmed up fast. Headed up Shadow Valley up to Skyline, down the big hill, around the old South Ogden tempo loop, finishing around my Sinclair loop, to the post office, and back home. Great run. (8:23, 7:51, 7:21, 7:28, 7:29, 7:20, 7:31, 7:44) 7:44 average pace 1:01:06 total time

| Cross training day. Too hot to take the girls out in the double stroller (really not looking forward to the days when it is too cold, but I will try not to think about that right now!) Nike Training Center 30 minute workout. I will probably be sore tomorrow! Definitely recommend the Nike Training Center app to anyone with an iphone/itouch/ipad!

| Ran 4 miles with double stroller. Find that my pace is much slower when I am pushing the double, but I feel like I get just as good of a workout. Perfect morning. It reached 100 degrees today, but when we went out just after 8, it was overcast and sprinkling. Perfect! 8:57 pace 35:49 total time

| 3 miles to the Pavilion. Wanted to go longer but my stomach wasn't handling it today. Turned around and headed back home. Kinda stunk because I got to go on a run by myself. But got some miles in.

| Hiked/jogged Ben Lomond Peak with Cameron. Forgot the watches! So I am using the mileage from the trail signs. Hiked most of the way up with a bit of jogging here and there. Took up 2.5 hours to get to the peak. Ran most of the way down, and got back to the car in 1.5. I slowed Cameron down a bit, he would have kept cruising the whole time, but he was nice and kept waiting for me. It was a good indicator of the shape I am in. I am definitely getting into shape, but I am not where I used to be 2 kids ago. Maybe someday. Loved the run. Overcast skies, light breeze, and some rain showers. Wonderful day!

| Hike day 2 in Glacier park. Did a two peak combo today. Hiked to Pollock peak and then over to Bishop's Cap. Horrible windy conditions and foggy for parts as well, delayed us for an hourish trying to stay warm and putting on more and more clothes from our packs. Awesome hike in the end, glad we made it the whole way in the conditions though. Elevation gain 4,195ft. |

5.25 mile Loop with Cameron and double running stroller in Bigfork, Montana. I think we were feeling the hikes a bit. But enjoyed the cooler morning. 8:18 pace 42:22 overall time Afternoon hike with my parents, Cam, and the girls. 4.25 miles. Aubrey ran 2 miles on the way back. Picked huckleberries. Great evening.

| Headed out with the girls (first 1.75 miles) until Bigfork High School where I met up with Cam finishing his run. He took the girls home and I enjoyed the next 6.25 miles on my own. Kept a great pace and felt awesome. (8:03, 8:25, 7:24, 7:21, 7:14, 7:17, 7:30, 7:52). Got pretty warm by the end of my run, but overall a good day. 7:38 average pace 1:01:06

| Hiked up to Bear Cap with my parents. What was supposed to be a easy climb turned into over 10 hours of cliff climbing, snow skirting, and amazing views. Had an absolute blast. 10 hours 13 minutes |

| Afternoon run on my own. Decided to stay in Bigfork one more day. Ran our usually loop out to Docs hill and towards the highway. Started the run thinking I would try to get in 6 miles, then changed my mind to 5 miles mid run, and then only made it 4.5. Getting worn out from all this fun! 7:48 pace 35:07 overall time
