Sinclair loop with the double stroller. Definitely feeling sore and worn out and tired from the race. I am definitely not used to racing and it wore me out!

Run on my own on the trails above Weber State. Got a late start (8:52 am), so the heat got to me a bit. Still trying to recover from the race, but enjoyed being on the trails again.

Run with Sariah at 6:20. Crazy that someone that had a baby 5 weeks ago is in better shape than me! Out towards Weber State, out on Pipe, back by Mount Ogden Park and back home.
