This workout felt like a walk in the park compared to Saturday's race. Which makes me confident that Saturday was just a rough day.
2 mile warmup. 3x3 mile @6:31 pace with 5 min in between each set. 2+ mile cooldown. Felt great today and easily made it through all three sets. Last night it seemed like such a daunting workout, but glad it gave me the confidence boost I needed.
Ran on the Honolulu Marathon course. Overall stats: 1:48:59 overall time, 15.00 miles in 7:15 pace.
Upper fix in the afternoon.
