| Workout. 2 mile warmup. 3200@ 6:40 pace w/5 min rest, 1600@6:19 pace w/3:30 rest, 1200@6:00 pace with 2:30 rest, 800@5:46 pace w/2 min rest, 400@5:30 pace w/1:30 rest. 2 mile cooldown. This workout felt too easy. I should have pushed the paces a bit more I think. 1:14:42 overall time, 7:26 overall pace.
Disneyland in the afternoon. I debated putting this into my miles, but the park was empty and we were booking it from ride to ride, park to park, everywhere. Then I walked the half mile back from the park to the car pushing the stroller. So counting 3 miles for the 6 hours we were there. Which is probably well under what we did.

Maine 5K 24:40 overall time, 7:57 pace

Got Aubrey ready for school and Cam was home this morning to take her.
Finished with Minnesota 5K 23:23 overall time, 7:32 pace and 2.93 miles Hampton Court to Olympic Stadium. 22:04 overall time, 7:31 pace.
Flat abs fix in the afternoon. Only 25 of the 30 minutes cause I just couldn't do it anymore. I am beat!

| Easy 8 miles today. 1:05:24 overal time, 8:02 pace. I don't feel like I had the best week this week. I felt off for some reason, and I knew it was going to be hard to get a long run in with Cameron out of town so I tried to get a few extra miles in during the week. I only got in one faster workout, but overall I got almost 60 miles in this week and I think my body was telling me to take it easy and recharge. Part of me wants to head out for another hour sometime doday, another part of me says just to relax and enjoy the weekend. Starting strong again Monday for sure.

Penny slept terrible last night and I think we both finally went to bed around 1. I had my alarm set for 5:40, and changed it to 6:10. Well, Penny woke up again at 6, so I snuggled with her until 7. Then hopped on and luckily got in 7.5 miles. Cameron made it home in the afternoon and I added another 5K on the treadmill.

| 20 mile run today. Legs felt sore from mile 1. I kept thinking they would loosen up but they never did and it made for a challenging run. At least no stomach issues today though. I was ready to call it quits at mile 12. I drank my stashed gatorade and decided I would just run the 4 miles back home and call it good at 16. But mentally I couldn't let myself do it. The gatorade gave me an extra boost and I was able to power through and the last 8 miles were probably my best 8. Next week I am going to have a gu packet on hand. I was starving when I got home and made my family jump in the car and take me to breakfast.
2:41:38 overall time, 8:04 average pace. I am definitely feeling this run today, and probably will for a few days to come.

Disneyland solo with my 3 girls in the afternoon. That's gotta count for at least 3! Walked to and from the parking garage (.5miles each way) and all over California Adventure.

Yoga Fix in the afternoon to loosen up some of my sore muscles. I have woken up to a new injury every morning (hip, knee, feet) so trying to stretch a bit more to avoid a real injury. I need a deep muscle massage by Sariah!!

| I was feeling all sorts of sore/injuries/etc today and decided that it was better for my mileage to suffer than to injure myself now. Going to go off feel for the rest of the week and just be careful.
Pennsylvania 5K. 25:00 overall time, 8:03 pace.
I iced, rolled out, massaged in the evening. Cameron finally suggested taking an Aleve. I do not know why I hadn't even thought of taking a drug. Aleve helped me come back from some knee problems a few months ago, but for some reason didn't remember that fact at all! Guess I am not a druggie.

| Woke up feeling so much better. Guess a little Aleve helped a ton. Kept the miles easier: 9.0 miles Stockholm Marathon. 1:11:29 overall time, 7:56 pace.
Disneyland in the evening. Got there around 2:30 and the crowds weren't too bad, but as the day went on it got ridiculously busy! Stayed until just before 8 and decided we had had enough. Counting 3 walking miles.

| Decided last night that I would run this race today. Wanted to still keep it somewhat a long run though. So I got to the race around 6:30, registered, and then did a 6.20 mile 'warmup'. (48:44 overall time, 7:52 pace.)
Wasn't really feeling in race mode, but I was excited to run somewhere new. I was pretty confident I would win the race. Wish they had some fun award or prize money, but knew most likely it would be a medal, and it was. Oh well. It was a tough course, and a tough day for me. Just wasn't feeling like I usually do in a race, ran alone most of the time. 42:42 overall time, 6:48 pace (6.28 mile course). First girl, third overall. This was a little discouraging because I want to run a whole marathon faster than I ran those 6 miles. And I was very confident before today that I was prepared to do that. Hopefully it was just not my day. And the race started at 8 so it was hot!

Came home and got Aubrey ready for school and then ran another 5k on the treadmill while Cam took her. Treadmill got unplugged with less than half a mile to go, so no stats.

This workout felt like a walk in the park compared to Saturday's race. Which makes me confident that Saturday was just a rough day.
2 mile warmup. 3x3 mile @6:31 pace with 5 min in between each set. 2+ mile cooldown. Felt great today and easily made it through all three sets. Last night it seemed like such a daunting workout, but glad it gave me the confidence boost I needed.
Ran on the Honolulu Marathon course. Overall stats: 1:48:59 overall time, 15.00 miles in 7:15 pace.
Upper fix in the afternoon.

Ran out of time so walked/jogged Aubrey to school and then finished my 3 mile loop. Tried to take today easy and enjoy the recovery day.

| Got up and started around 5:45, ran just over 7 miles, and then grabbed Cam and the girls and jogged to the Stake 3 mile fun run. Ran the race pushing Ada in the stroller and was third overall in 20:30. Then just ran around grabbing water/gartorade wherever I could. Because of the 'race' and stopping and chatting with friends the overall run took longer than I wanted but I eventually got all 20 in. Overall time: 2:43:47 overall pace: 8:11.
Longest mileage week in a long time. If I count the 3 walks I went on with my girls I could say I did over 70. But I guess we will just leave it at 69.
