Easy 8 miles today. 1:05:24 overal time, 8:02 pace. I don't feel like I had the best week this week. I felt off for some reason, and I knew it was going to be hard to get a long run in with Cameron out of town so I tried to get a few extra miles in during the week. I only got in one faster workout, but overall I got almost 60 miles in this week and I think my body was telling me to take it easy and recharge. Part of me wants to head out for another hour sometime doday, another part of me says just to relax and enjoy the weekend. Starting strong again Monday for sure.
