Workout. 2 mile warmup. 3200@ 6:40 pace w/5 min rest, 1600@6:19 pace w/3:30 rest, 1200@6:00 pace with 2:30 rest, 800@5:46 pace w/2 min rest, 400@5:30 pace w/1:30 rest. 2 mile cooldown. This workout felt too easy. I should have pushed the paces a bit more I think. 1:14:42 overall time, 7:26 overall pace.
Disneyland in the afternoon. I debated putting this into my miles, but the park was empty and we were booking it from ride to ride, park to park, everywhere. Then I walked the half mile back from the park to the car pushing the stroller. So counting 3 miles for the 6 hours we were there. Which is probably well under what we did.
