1.5 mile warmup. 5xmile repeats at half marathon pace. The nice thing about doing mile repeats on a treadmill is that you don't have to think too much about pace, you just set the treadmill and run. Did them at 6:23 pace with a 2:30 jog in between each. I always dread interval days but they always feel so much better than I anticipate. The intervals make the run fly by! 2.5 mile cool down. Only had a mile left when my girls woke up!
I intended to get an arm workout I this afternoon but we were busy with library and pool dates as well as watching some neighbors in the evening- so tomorrow for sure!
