2 mile warmup. 8 mile tempo at 6:40 pace on treadmill. I had to decided to cut the tempo short or cooldown short so I opted for cooldown. Jogged Aubrey to school pushing double stroller to cool down. 1.5 mile cool down total. Good workout. I thought 8 miles seemed so long but I just kept running until I had to get the kids up and was able to get it all in.
10 miles on treadmill total (2 warmup, 8 tempo) on Berlin Marathon course. 1:09:12 overall time, 6:55 overall pace.
