2 mile warmup. 8x400 at 80-82 pace with 200 jog between each (approx 90 sec). We got a downpour about 1.5 hours before my workout, and the dirt track I go too was sloppy and wet. And I waited for Cam to get home so I wouldn't have to do the workout on the treadmill, and he ended up not getting home until after 7. I get nervous when it gets dark here, so I warmed up, did 5x400 on the track, did the next 3 on the streets on the way home, cooled down for a mile, then did another 2 mile cooldown on the treadmill. So humid I could wring out my tank top when I was done.
