2 mile warmup. Was planning on 3x2mile @ 6:31 pace, after running 1 mile at 6:30, I decided it would be better to just slow down and take an easy day. Burnout is hitting me hard! Taper week next week could not come at a better time. I am wiped out physically and mentally. Hopefully I can take the next two weeks to give my body some rest with easy runs and shorter intervals so that come race day I am ready to kill it!

3.98 miles Chicago, Illinois. 31:33 overall time, 7:55 pace.
4.00 miles Portland, Oregon. 30:47 overall time, 7:41 pace.
