Cam is home for a couple days so I was able to get outside today. Legs still felt a bit tired from Saturday, and it was hard to wake up early, but I am always glad when I just get up and do it. 10.13 miles in 1:22:09 (8:07 pace).

Dipping my toes into the coaching world. There is an organized kids cross country club here, and I volunteered to help out in exchange for my two oldest to be able to participate free of charge. So now we are busy two nights a week. We will see if we stick with it. I feel like my kids are too young to really get too involved. 20 min at least of abs/core exercises (Situps, lunges, squats, pushups).
And now that it is the last day of August, the blog has told me I ran 280 miles in the month of August. What?! That is an average of 10.77 miles on the days I ran. 5 of those runs were outdoors. A husband who isn't around much and 3 small kids. Who am I?! (If I can't brag on here where can I?) No wonder I have been tired lately.
