Set out with the plan of getting a 10 mile long run in today. Headed out past Redlands airport and kept on going until I hit 5, then turned around and headed back. Flat, uphills and down. I hit 10 miles around my house in about 1:15:00, and decided I might as well run a full 90 minutes. Well, when I was at 90 minutes I was just a quarter mile or so from hitting 12 miles. So once I hit 12 I stopped.
Feeling confident about the half marathon I have coming up first weekend in June. Last year I ran a 1:30 6 months post partum, and excited to see how fast I can crank it out this year. Definitely beating that.
