Treadmill=Forcing you to run your pace!
2 mile warmup. 4xmile @5:50 pace with 4:30 jog (approx 0.5 miles) rest in between. All 4 were at 5:50, but I do feel like I 'cheated' a little on the last 2 and held on to the treadmill a couple times cause I didn't want to go crashing down. I am not used to running that fast on the treadmill. 2 mile cooldown.
1:11:48 overall time, 7:10 overall pace.
