Treadmill intervals. 2 mile warmup. 10x800 @ 2:55 (5:50 pace), with 2:30 rest between each. Modified this workout and did all 800s instead of 6-800s and 6-400s cause I don't trust myself to do 400s on a treadmill. 1.25 mile cooldown plus 1.25 miles walking Aubrey to school and back as a family.
Disneyland in the afternoon so lots of walking!
