7.0 miles Westland National Park, New Zealand. Fetl like a hillier run than I have been doing. 52:27 overall time, 7:29 pace.

7.50 miles in Loviste, Croatia. This run started our really hilly, and I was going to stick with it, but it got to a point where the hills were just too much, so I changed the elevation on my machine and ran downhill a couple miles. 7:52 pace. 59:06 overall time.

Tried to sleep in but it just doesn't work for me anymore. So I eventually got up and ran 4 miles on the treadmill. But 3.5 miles in the girls woke up and accidentally hit the power cord, so no stats for the run. Turned it back on and ran my last half mile.

Walked Aubrey to school then finished the 3 mile loop home.

5.11 miles Beaver Pond Trail, Yellowstone National Park. 7:41 pace. First mile straight uphill then flat and downhill. 39:17 overall time. 784 feet elevation gain.

Added 1.54 more miles before I had to get Aubrey ready for school. 6:58 pace. Flat. Luxemborg. 10:46 overall time.

1.10 miles Half Moon Island, Antarctica. 6:55 pace. 7:37 overall time.

Then once the family woke up we went on a 4 mile jog with the kids in running strollers.
