| Started out by getting up early and doing 5 miles (Cant find the watch for splits right now). I wanted to let Cam sleep in after working all weekend so once I got home everyone was still asleep so I hopped on the treadmill.
2.98 miles Czech Republic. 22:24 overall time, 7:30 pace.
2.16 miles Yellowstone Lake Trail. 15:59 overall time, 7:23 pace.
30 minute ab workout in the afternoon.

Turned around and cruised home. 5.00 miles downhill. 7:10, 7:23, 6:36, 6:29, 6:41. 6:52 average. 34:20 overall time.
