6.2 mile treadmill run. Ifit isn't working so just a manual run. 48:40 overall time, 7:51 pace.

3 miles easy pushing double stroller. Having a hard time getting going this week.

I made it all 22 miles! 2:54:07 overall time, 7:55 average pace. I think the first 8 miles I averaged closer to 9 minute pace (mainly uphill miles). It was dark today and I don't know why it was so slow. But then I picked it up the next 10 miles and my slowest mile of those 10 was a 7:15. Actually all but the last mile was under 8 minute pace. So I am feeling good about the run overall. Took about 3 bathroom breaks. Hopefully with a taper I can get my second sub 3:00 marathon. I felt really good except my legs started getting pretty sore from miles 20-22.

Thought about all the St George runners today! Wish I could have run with all of them. And for some reason I can't quite hit that 70 mile week (unless I add up my little hikes and walks with the girls!)
