Farmington Thanksgiving 5k. 20:40 overall time. 6:43 pace. (6:10, 7:15, 6:46)

.59 mile warmup. 

This was so so cold. And not just cause I came to Utah from 80 degree CA weather. It was 10-15 degrees, but the wind made the wind chill frigid. Tried to warm up a little but basically decided to sit in the car until it started. First mile I felt numb, second mile slightly uphill and just tried to keep goin, and then last mile just hanging on. With quarter of a mile to go I saw the second girl trying to catch up. With $50 on the line I decided to kick it in. Thought I was going to be sick after the race but hung on. Decided that was enough vacation running for me!
