| 6.14 miles around Redlands. Easy run. Tired today, and legs are feeling a bit worn out from tempo. 8:09 pace, 50:01 overall time.

| 2 mile warmup. 8x400 at 80-82 pace with 200 jog between each (approx 90 sec). We got a downpour about 1.5 hours before my workout, and the dirt track I go too was sloppy and wet. And I waited for Cam to get home so I wouldn't have to do the workout on the treadmill, and he ended up not getting home until after 7. I get nervous when it gets dark here, so I warmed up, did 5x400 on the track, did the next 3 on the streets on the way home, cooled down for a mile, then did another 2 mile cooldown on the treadmill. So humid I could wring out my tank top when I was done.

| 17 miles long run. First 7 miles were slightly uphill. And I felt it! Ugh. It slowed my miles pace way down and I thought I was in for a long challenging run. Loop from home to Yucaipa, down to Mill Creek Road/Mentone to Wabash, and back home. Miles 7-15 were slightly downhill/flat and I felt awesome. The waters/gatorades I hid were lifesavers as well. Last couple miles up to temple and back home. Average pace:8:00 2:16:05 overall time
